Acceptance of these terms

By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Eligibility and your information

You must be able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, and for keeping any account credentials confidential.

Products, colors and availability

Fêteora curates and sells gift-wrapping and seasonal products. We describe products as accurately as we can, and dimensions, quantities and materials are listed on each product page.

Screen settings, lighting and natural variation in printed or woven materials may cause slight differences in appearance. Availability can change without notice.

Pricing, promotions and errors

Prices, promotions and shipping charges are shown before payment and may change at any time before an order is placed. If a price or product detail is displayed in error, we may correct it, and we may cancel an affected order and issue a full refund.

Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Fêteora may accept, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary — for example due to stock availability, a pricing error, a suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction, or an address we cannot ship to. Where an order is cancelled, any amount charged is refunded.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its authorized payment providers. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery timings shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

All products are final sale. We assist with items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from their description, as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The Fêteora name, branding, site design, text, photography and other content belong to Fêteora or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the website unlawfully or fraudulently
• Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems
• Scrape, copy or resell site content without permission
• Submit false order information or misuse discount codes

Third-party services and links

The website relies on third-party services, including Shopify for checkout and payment, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties, which are governed by their own terms.

Website availability

We aim to keep the website available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may change or discontinue parts of the site at any time.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Nothing here excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fêteora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or a purchase. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

Where legally enforceable, you agree to indemnify Fêteora against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the website or your breach of these terms.

Severability and no waiver

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

We may update these terms as the store develops or as legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and the terms in force at the time of your order apply to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived under the law of your place of residence.
