Order processing
Orders are prepared after payment authorization. Processing times may vary by product, order volume and seasonal demand. The delivery estimate displayed at checkout is the best available estimate for your order.
Shipping destinations
Fêteora ships only to destinations accepted by the checkout system. Available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery information are displayed before payment.
Shipping confirmation
When an order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Separate shipments
Items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages and may have different tracking numbers. Customers will not be charged an additional shipping fee solely because an order ships separately unless clearly disclosed before checkout.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact customer support immediately if an address correction is needed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
Delivery estimates
All delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, high order volume, customs processing and circumstances beyond Fêteora's control may affect delivery.
Marked delivered but missing
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but it cannot be located, check around the delivery location, ask household members or neighbors, and allow 24 hours in case the carrier updated tracking early. Then contact the carrier and Velorastudiolab@gmail.com.
Lost or damaged packages
Contact Velorastudiolab@gmail.com with the order number and supporting information. Fêteora will review the situation and assist with the available carrier or supplier resolution.
Shipping charges
Shipping costs, including any free-shipping promotion, are shown before payment. Free shipping currently applies only when the cart satisfies the conditions displayed on the website.
